Regarding the spreader used in this shoot - it is a cool utensil, you failed to exploit it to the max though. What was short of target? Namely - lighting was too dark and you did not capture the interior of vagina. The camera angle was not perfect - you did not capture urethra opening, it was obscured either by spreader or by inner labia. It is hard to get right angle though. You must definitely work on lighting though, at inthecrack they manage to get well lighting of cervix and vaginal wall all the time. There's some problem to solve, i don't know if it must be stronger lighting of entire room or directed dispersed light.

As always I am strongly for more peeing while gaping with bare hands, preferably in doggie style, with cheek on the ground, and watching between the legs. In doggie style you can get really good, cervix-deep gapes.
